the Hope Chest:

An acute needs resource center for children and families in crisis situations

The story that started it all:

Over a decade ago we set out to go help. We never intended to be the help, we just wanted to get plugged in with whatever organization was helping area foster families in need. God, however, had vastly different plans for us. It was eventually made clear that we were to be the help. To be the hands and feet of Jesus in a fallen struggling world. Thus, the Hope Chest was born. What was once a small trailer of clothes in a driveway has become a 6,000 sq. ft. building with thousands of articles of clothing and material items at the ready. Today, the Hope Chest serves thousands annually and is home to some of the greatest volunteers in Georgia.
